Once upon a time, Giampiero Paglione (A.K.A GP) was brought into this world to bring a little spice to everyone’s life. After obtaining a Master in Fine Arts in motion picture production and working in Hollywood in development, Giampiero decided to change careers and become a chef. He attended culinary school and got his diploma at Le Cordon Bleu London. Most notably Giampiero has interned at The Fat Duck, worked as a commis chef at The Hind’s Head and gone back to Italy to rediscover his roots working under the tutelage of Chef Luciano Monosilio. Currently he works at Kitchen-Theory developing new dishes and experiences to bring magic to the table.
