Bailey’s

Brief

Research, development and writing of Bailey’s inaugural ‘Annual Sweet Treats Trends Report, positioning Bailey’s as an authority on the topic.

 

Development

Working in collaboration with Bailey’s Dublin PR agency (Wilson & Hartnell) and Pinterest, Kitchen Theory developed a 2020 trends report on sweet treats. The report included trends based on research and input from key pastry and dessert influencers.

 

Deliverables

• Delivering the written content and design of the trends report. •

• Developing canapes for the press launch, hosted in Central London. •

• Chef Jozef Youssef as part of an experts panel discussion with influencers and celebrity bakers hosted by Claudia Winkleman.

• Media interviews and press statements.
