2. Delivery Policy

Automatic Ticket sales confirmation will be delivered to the inputted email address after the payment transaction has been successfully completed. In the event no email is received please add info@kitchen-theory.com to your safe senders list and contact us.

3. Refund / Cancelation Policy

Tickets are non refundable 10 days before the event. Should you like to cancel your tickets before this time please contact admin@kitchen-theory.com. If you have purchased tickets, tickets may be resold or transferred to another attendee anytime before the event. Please contact us with a name change to keep us aware.

Refunds and exchanges will be offered in the event of timely cancellation or rescheduling. Refund or exchange must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refund will only cover the face value of the tickets and any associated booking fees.
