Terms and Conditions
Chef’s Table Supperclub cancellation policy
1) Tickets, booking, and contract formation
1.1 A Booking is only confirmed when we issue written confirmation (email) and have received payment in full (unless we agree otherwise in writing).
1.2 Tickets are sold for a specific Event Date and are subject to availability.
1.3 Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase. If you spot an error, contact us promptly.
2) Prices, inclusions, and exclusions
2.1 Ticket prices are shown at the point of purchase and are payable in full at the time of booking.
2.2 Unless explicitly stated, tickets include a set multi-course menu experience including drinks.
2.3 We may vary the menu, ingredients, and format of dishes due to seasonality, supplier availability, or operational requirements.
3) Seating, timing, and the nature of the experience
3.1 Chef’s Table Supperclub is a set-timing, set-menu experience and involves communal dining. Seating is allocated by us.
3.2 Please arrive by the time stated in your confirmation. Late arrivals may miss courses and/or elements of the experience. In some cases, we may be unable to admit very late arrivals; in such cases, this will be treated as a no-show.
4) Dietary requirements and allergens (72-hour policy)
4.1 You must notify us of all dietary requirements and allergies no later than 72 hours before the Event start time.
4.2 Requests received within 72 hours of the Event may not be accommodated. If we cannot accommodate a late request, no refund will be due solely on that basis.
4.3 While we take allergies seriously and will communicate declared allergens to the kitchen team, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, including due to trace allergens and shared handling areas.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is complete and accurate (including the severity of allergies).
5) Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling by us
5.1 If due to an unforeseen event, circumstances or emergency we are forced to cancel the event, we will offer either:
- a transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability), or
- a refund of the ticket price paid for the cancelled Event (excluding any third-party fees that are non-refundable to us, where applicable).
- We are not responsible for any additional costs you incur (e.g., travel, accommodation) unless required by law.
6) Guest cancellations and date changes (28-day policy)
6.1 Cancellations and requests to change the Event date are only accepted if received at least 28 days before the Event Date.
6.2 Where clause 6.1 is met, you may choose one of the following (as we confirm in writing):
- reschedule to a different Event date (subject to availability), or
- cancel for a refund of the ticket price paid, less any non-refundable third-party processing fees (if applicable and disclosed at purchase).
6.3 Within 28 days of the Event Date, we do not accept cancellations or date changes, and no refunds or credits will be provided (save where required by law).
8.4 All requests under this clause must be made by the purchaser using the email address used to book (or otherwise verified by us).
7) No-shows and partial attendance
7.1 If you do not attend, or if your party is incomplete, this is treated as a no-show for the missing guest(s) and no refund/credit is due.
7.2 We do not offer partial refunds for reduced guest numbers.
8) Ticket transfers (substitutions)
8.1 If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another person only if you notify us in writing in advance and provide the replacement guest’s name and any dietary requirements subject to clause 6 (72-hour policy).
8.2 We may refuse a transfer request where we reasonably believe it may breach these Terms, involve resale for profit, or create safety/operational issues.
9) Conduct and safety
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unreasonable. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
9.2 For safety and experience reasons, some courses/elements may involve sensory stimuli (e.g., sound, lighting, aromas). If you have concerns, contact us in advance.
10) Photography, filming, and media
10.1 Guests may take personal photos/videos, provided this does not disrupt others or our team. We may restrict flash, tripods, or extensive filming.
11) Gift bookings and vouchers (if applicable)
11.1 If your booking is made using a voucher or gift booking, it remains subject to these Terms, including the 72-hour dietary policy and the 28-day cancellation/date-change policy.
11.2 Voucher validity, expiry, and redemption rules (if any) will be as stated at the time of purchase.
12) Liability
12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
12.2 Subject to clause 14.1, our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) is limited to the total ticket price paid for your Booking.
12.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or accommodation costs), except where required by law.
13) Events outside our control (Force Majeure)
13.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, transport disruption, pandemic/epidemic impacts, government restrictions, or other emergencies).
13.2 Where such events occur, we will aim to offer rescheduling where feasible, or refunds where appropriate, in line with applicable law and clause 5.
