Brief

Design a multisensory food experience as part of the programme for the SENSE OF SPACE public installation at Broadgate, Liverpool St.

Development

Chef Jozef and experimental psychologist Professor Charles Spence collaborated on the design of 5 canapes which could be sampled in each of the unique sensory spaces within the installation as part of a guided tour for pre-booked groups.
