As part of a the ‘Fusions’ campaign for Club Med Finolhu, Kitchen Theory designed a multisensory menu which was on offer in the main restaurant for 6 months.
Collaborating with award winning Singapore- based composer Tze Toh, Kitchen Theory designed a concept exploring the history and mythology of the Maldives, integrating sensory elements and storytelling to create an immersive experience for up to 50 guests per service.
• Concept and menu development and liaising with local teams.
• Chef Jozef hosted the inaugural dinner for press, influencers and special guests.
• Kitchen Theory chefs travelled to Maldives to launch and train the local team.
