Develop content for the ‘Customer Quest’ programme, delivered to the McDonald’s executive team & franchisees.
Kitchen Theory worked in collaboration with Linney (consumer insights) on the development of content exploring people’s sensory relationship with food. Several households were selected and sent sensory food, the participants were guided through a virtual tasting session conducted by chef Jozef.
• Creating pre-recorded content with McDonald’s consumers at home.
• Developing and delivering sensory boxes for consumers taking part in the research.
• Chef Jozef delivered a talk on sensory food design to the executive team.
