Brief
To develop a cookbook based on research conducted by the Vodafone sponsored ‘DreamLab’ at Imperial College London and Kitchen Theory.
Development
Kitchen Theory worked in collabora,on with imperial College London on AI driven research into cancer beating molecules and anti-viral molecules within foods. From there, the team developed a series of recipes using the results of the research.
Deliverables
• Recipe development.
• Photography and cookbook design.
• Influencer mailers for the release of the cookbook.
• Press and media days to promote the research.
